If a possible discount should be made to the new tenant, its amount will also be deducted from the amount of the refund.

In the event of a persistent dispute and in the absence of agreement with the owner, any dispute will be subject to French law and attribution will be made to the courts of the place where the accommodation is located.

Any deposit claimed by the owner is payable at the first interview. It is intended to cover cleaning costs in the event that the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory condition. It is also used to reimburse damage and breakage that may have occurred during the stay. In the event that it is not sufficient to cover the repairs, the owner reserves the right to request an additional invoice. Conversely, if the repair was lower, the balance of the deposit would be returned to the tenant.

It is up to the tenant to comment on the inventory of fixtures during the first interview or at the latest 24 hours after his arrival. If no damage has been observed when the tenant leaves, the deposit will be sent back a maximum of 8 days after departure.

The chalet is planned for a defined capacity which takes into account even very young children. Unless prior agreement, for any additional person, even on a temporary basis, the owner is entitled to refuse the rental or to claim a rental supplement equal to 10% of the initial amount, per person.

It takes effect on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. until the day of departure at 10 a.m. Outside these hours, except with the prior agreement of the owner, the tenant cannot claim to occupy the accommodation.
